2. What data we process

  • Account data: e-mail address, organization name, password (hashed) — provided at registration.
  • Scanned-site data: URLs, WCAG accessibility audit results, generated reports — produced while using the service.
  • Billing data: processed directly by Stripe (see §4) — we do not store payment card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies (see §5).

3. Legal bases for processing

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — account, scanning, reports.
  • Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) — invoicing, accounting records.
  • Legitimate interest of the controller (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — service security, abuse prevention.
  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — cookies used to measure ad performance (Google Ads); consent can be withdrawn at any time (see §5).

4. Who we share data with

We use trusted processors acting on our behalf:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment and subscription processing.
  • OVH — server and mailbox hosting.
  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads) — only after consent to marketing cookies.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Retention period

We keep account and scan data for the duration of the contract and up to 12 months after it ends (in case of a complaint), unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. invoicing records — 5 years).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this document from time to time. We will inform you of material changes by e-mail or an in-app notice.
